How Jyai Therapies Help
At Jyai we offer a range of therapies that can be used in isolation or combined to enhance your health and wellbeing. These include, Red Light Therapy, Localised Cryotherapy, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) and PEMF Therapy to support health and whole-body recovery.
Peri-menopause & Menopause
Hormonal shifts can affect sleep, mood, body composition, joint comfort and focus. At Jyai, we use gentle progressive Reformer Pilates for strength and stability, Red Light Therapy for recovery and sleep support, Localised Cryotherapy for targeted joint relief, and HBOT to support energy and overall wellbeing.
High Blood Pressure (Hypertension)
Low-impact Reformer Pilates supports mobility and stress regulation. Many clients also use Red Light Therapy for recovery routines and HBOT for structured breathing time. We tailor around your GP’s plan.
Prevention of Chronic Illness
Our therapies are designed for proactive wellbeing. HBOT increases cellular oxygen, Red Light Therapy enhances mitochondrial function, Cryotherapy supports recovery, and Reformer Pilates strengthens the body’s foundation. Post Night-Out Recovery
Short, calming sessions to reset: Red Light Therapy for relaxation, a cooling Cryo Mask facial for puffiness, breath-led time in HBOT (as clinically appropriate), and gentle movement to get you back on track.
