Jyai Wellness – Booking Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all bookings for classes, treatments, and wellness services at Jyai Wellness.

By making a booking, you accept and agree to these Terms.

“Jyai Wellness” refers to Lyreb Wellness Ltd t/a Jyai Wellness registered in England and Wales, with its registered address at G06 Preston Technology Centre, Marsh Lane, Preston, Lancs, PR1 8UQ.

2. Bookings & Payment

All classes, treatments, and services must be booked and paid for in advance through our online booking system or reception.

A booking is confirmed once full payment has been received or a valid credit has been redeemed.

Prices are stated in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

Jyai Wellness reserves the right to amend class timetables, instructor or therapist availability, and pricing at any time.

3. Cancellations, No-Shows & Late Attendance

Client cancellations:

You may cancel or reschedule a class or treatment up to 4 hours before the scheduled start time without charge.

If you cancel within 4 hours of the start time, or do not attend, the session will be deducted from your credit balance and cannot be refunded, transferred, or reinstated.

Credits are automatically forfeited in these cases. Discretion of the management may be used depending on the circumstances of the cancellation.

Studio cancellations:

If Jyai Wellness cancels a class or treatment, you will receive a replacement session, class credit, or full refund. Jyai Wellness accepts no liability for any travel or incidental costs incurred due to cancellation.

4. Credits, Packages & Memberships

Credits, passes, and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Expiry dates apply as stated at the time of purchase.

Credits and memberships may not be shared or reassigned between individuals.

Jyai Wellness reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership or account in cases of misuse or policy breach.

5. Health & Safety

By booking, you confirm that you are in suitable physical and mental health to participate in your chosen session or treatment.

You must notify your instructor or therapist of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy before the session begins.

Participation is at your own risk. Jyai Wellness accepts no responsibility for injury, loss, or damage except where caused by our negligence.

Please wear suitable clothing and follow staff guidance at all times.

6. Studio Etiquette

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your class or treatment. Late arrivals may not be admitted and credits will not be reinstated.

Mobile phones should be silenced.

Equipment and mats must be wiped down after use.

We kindly ask all clients to maintain a calm and respectful environment.

7. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any matter which cannot be excluded under UK law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jyai Wellness excludes liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental loss or damage.

8. Personal BelongingsPersonal items are brought to the studio at your own risk.

Jyai Wellness does not accept responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

9. Data Protection

Jyai Wellness handles personal data in accordance with UK Data Protection Law and our Privacy Policy (available on our website).

By booking, you consent to us contacting you regarding your booking, reminders, and relevant service updates.

10. Changes to Terms

Jyai Wellness may amend these Terms periodically. The most recent version will always be available on our website and applies to all new bookings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts

Important Notice

By making a booking with Jyai Wellness, you agree that:

Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the start time, or failure to attend, will result in loss of the session credit or fee.

No refunds or reinstatements are available for late cancellations or no-shows.
